- Colorado Springs, CO, USA
My husband was driving down the interstate when a small pebble hit the bottom drivers portion of the windshield, thus putting a small ding in the glass, however within 4 hours I had a crack 28 inches long, I have owned many vehicles in my life N have had things hit my windshield and it never caused a crack. After reviewing the consumers affair web site I noticed there were so many people like me, and easily cracked windshield on there 2016 Civic before they have even made there first car payment, and the fact that there on national back order so whether it obstructs your view or not you can't even get a replacement yet, I don't know if they have cut corners in the manufacturing of there glass or not but I believe that they should be able to sustain more then a little pebble before they crack like this, and I hope you guys investigate this before someone really gets injured because the crack causes a type of magnifying effect when U try to see thru it while driving N it definitely obstructs your view
