The contact owns a 2016 Honda Hr-V. the contact stated that there was an abnormal noise coming from the vehicle. The contact discovered that there was a deep line on the rotors. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure was unable to be determined. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 600.
