Summary

CABLE REEL POSITION THIS MAY RESULT IN A SCRAPING NOISE IN THE STEERING WHEEL COLUMN THAT PRESENTS ITSELF WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL IS TURNED. CABLE REEL WAS NOT PROPERLY POSITIONED DURING ASSEMBLY. *EH
