The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the Collision Mitigation System, Lane Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, brakes, and seat belt warning lights were illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the RPM gauge operated as needed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 21V215000 (Fuel System, Gasoline), 19V298000 (Engine and Engine Cooling), and 20V439000 (Back Over Prevention, Electrical System). The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 102,000.
