The contact owned a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. While driving approximately 60 mph, the contact crashed into a curb. As a result, the vehicle rolled over. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver sustained a cut arm and leg that required medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
