The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was confirmed that there was a technical service bulletin that confirmed the failure for the thermostat. The vehicle was repaired. In addition, the dealer stated that they replaced the part; however, the second dealer stated that it was never repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
