Airbag warning light is illuminated.

About 6 months ago my airbag light came on and is still on. The light is constantly on the entire time I am driving the car. It was looked at by a professional and was told that there is a problem with the air bag clock spring and it needs to be replaced. Air bag warning light is on and will not turn off. Common problem due to clock spring in steering wheel, or sensor. Airbags will not be functional with this problem. Hyundai will not cover repair costs.

While entering a driveway on 1/5/2017, my vehicle was struck on the right rear. Speed was 4-5 mph, with no front collision. However, front air bag activated and instantly caught fire and deflated causing head to strike steering wheel. Rear passenger air bags did not activate on either side of vehicle. Burn hole in front air bag is the size of a silver dollar.
