"SITUATION: A 'HUMMING' NOISE MAY BE EVIDENT FROM THE ENGINE WHEN THE ENGINE IS IDLING. CAUSE: THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY DUST AND/OR WATER INGRESS TO THE PRIMARY DRIVE BELT IDLER PULLEY BEARING."
