Summary

"SITUATION: THE NOISE, VIBRATION, AND HARSHNESS (NVH) PAD INSTALLED TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE PARCEL SHELF MAY BECOME DETACHED. CAUSE: THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY POOR ADHESION OF THE DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE."
