Flash: Anti Lock Brake (ABS) Module System Enhancements
This bulletin involves updating the Anit-Lock Brake System (ABS) module software.
A small number of vehicles may have mismapped Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) below
pointing to the wrong modules with no Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination:
NOTE: This update should be performed to reduce the potential for misdiagnosis of
related systems and incorrect module replacement.
· U0100-00 - Lost Communication With ECM/PCM.
· U0140-00 - Lost Communication With Body Control Module.
· U0101-00 - Lost Communication With TCM.
· U0402-00 - Implausible Data Received From TCM.
