Summary
Flash: Hybrid Control Processor (HCP) and Auxiliary Hybrid Control Processor (AHCP) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the HCP and AHCP or also known as Power Inverter Module (PIM) with the latest available software. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set: P0A92 - Hybrid Generator Performance. P0BFA - Drive Motor "B" Phase W Current Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. P0BF6 - Drive Motor B Inverter Phase V Current Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. P0BF2 - Drive Motor B Inverter Phase U Current Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. P0BFE - Drive Motor B Phase U-V-W Current Sensor Correlation. P0BEE - Drive Motor A Inverter Phase W Current Sensor Circuit Performance. P0BEA - Drive Motor A Inverter Phase V Current Sensor Circuit Performance. P0BE6 - Drive Motor A Inverter Phase U Current Sensor Circuit Performance. P0BFD - Drive Motor A Phase U-V-W Current Sensor Correlation. In addition, the customer may notice one or more of the following conditions:Turtle (Limp Home Mode) light is on. Service 4WD light is on.
