Fuel Tank Replacement - P0461: Level Sensor Performance
This bulletin involves diagnosis and if necessary replacing the fuel tank and O-ringdue to a P0461 Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC).
Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that the followingDiagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set:P0461 - Fuel Level Sensor 1 Performance. In addition, the customer may notice one or more of the following:The fuel gauge is not accurate. The fuel gauge is stuck.
