BULLETIN SUPERSEDES TSB # 18-08-95, DATED FEB. 17, 1995. INTERMITTENT POOR PERFORMANCE, NO START, START AND DIE OUT OR VEHICLE WILL IDLE BUT NOT ACCELERATE AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN EXPLOSED TO TEMPS BELOW FREEZING. WATER MAY BE ACCUMULATING IN THE TAILPIPE AND FREEZING. REMOVE THE MUFFLER AND TAILPIPE ASSY AND INSTALL P/N 4864279.
