Chrysler has issued over 10 recalls on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee and have failed to complete any of the required recall service. They have not received any parts from their suppliers to replace the defective parts covered under the recall. The amount of affected vehicles are over 950.000 Chrysler has still failed to resolve any of the outstanding recalls on my vehicle, and has not offered substitute transportation after 9 months that the numerous recalls were issued, and not resolved due to zero availability of replacement parts. This is a major safety liability that Chrysler is conveniently ignoring updated 06/4/13

Was driving and all of a sudden the air bag light and check engine light came on. Now they wont go off. Check engine light has been hooked up to computer but all it says is that there's an emissions leak but no one can find it. The air bag light wont go off.

The contact owns a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While parked, the contact noticed a leak around the radiator and determined that the radiator was cracked. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The mechanic advised the contact that the ignition needed to be cleaned and the radiator would need to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 224,000 and the current mileage was 300,000.

The contact owns a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The contact stated that while driving 55 mph the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure. The failure recurred several times. The failure and current mileage was 98,000.

We were driving Jeep on highway and all was normal. We stopped for fuel and when we started the car it idled very rough and started smoking. Shut car off and upon inspection the rocker arm had been pushed through the valve cover. Appears to be damage to valve but do not know extent of damage yet. Engine had approx. 108,000 miles on it.
