The letter never arrived. I visited my dealership earlier this month (July) and inquired about the ignition switch. I was told that the plant that was manufacturing the switch had burned down. What is the correct answer and reason for this delay. Is it Chrysler does not want to make the repairs" why hasn't NHTSA forced this issue with Chrysler"
