2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Consumer writes in regards to brake booster recall notice. The consumer was informed, she was #25 on a list, as the parts were not available. The consumer finally received a call from the dealer, to have the recall taken care of. However, the dealer stated they tested the brake booster and there was nothing wrong. They installed a protective booster shield, instead. The consumer stated last winter, she experienced resistance and heard a slight noise when braking. Updated 08/20/14
