Engineering is seeking audio recordings of the concern in an effort to root cause
and make necessary improvements to future pumps.
Please email any audio recording or documentation of when/where/how the pump,
or Idler Pulley makes noise to the above emails.
If the dealer is located in the Detroit Metro Area, Engineering may send a
representative to review with technician. Any information is appreciated.
If a response is not received within 15 mins , then proceed with the necessary
repair.
