It has been many months since I received a recall which was supposed to be remedied by installing a hitch. (gas tank is at risk of rupture) my dealer [xxx] in summit, NJ claims that Chrysler has not sent the part. I have inquired several times and I get the same story. I realize it is an old car however I am getting the impression that the longer Chrysler keeps stalling making repairs the less of these cars there will be to repair! since this is so dangerous I think they ought to be encouraged more strongly to do the right thing.
