I received a recall notice regarding potential issues with the power steering hose clamp for my 2015 Jeep Patriot. I contacted marty cancila (2175 N hwy 67, florissant, mo 63033) on 2/8/16 to schedule my vehicle to be inspected. I was told that they did not have the required part in and that I would be placed on a callback list. The recall notice states that if the dealer has not remedied this issue within a reasonable time frame that I had the option to submit a complaint. I am not sure what constitutes as a reasonable time frame. But, if my vehicle could possibly catch on fire if it is affected, I feel this is an urgent matter that should not be placed on hold.

Had to get transmission replaced at 15000 miles due to a noise and Chrysler not knowing what the issue was. Was running out of tranny fluid 3 times in one month. With no leak found. Now I am hearing that noise again. Steering is very sensitive and seems to be getting worse, especially going around a left hand corner on the highway. Motor mount was loose at 16000 miles, was fixed, but why was it loose? steering wheel shakes badly when going over 65 mph on freeway. E brake does not work properly. If it is pulled and I am on a hill and it is in neutral or the clutch is pressed in it will roll... (dealership tells me it works and also, they cannot adjust it anymore) why?.. my windshield wpiers are stalling, more and more often they wont turn on until I turn them on as fast as they will go and then turn them down after that. I have had many problems with this vehicle and trying to get Chrysler to buy back because it is obviously not reliable or safe, but my case maanger and her supervisor are ridiculously hard to get a hold of and dont realize the importance of this.. the dealership I bought the car from has treated me terribly and hasn't given me good service in the slightest. One of the salesman cussed at me. And they won't fix my issues with the car, and the owner of the dealership told me "to just total it" to get rid of it, instead of helping me and making it right. I am very stressed about this because it has been going on for 6 months now... and I need a reliable car.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot on March 21 with 22 miles on the odometer. After a few days the car began drifting to the right. The owners manual indicated this was normal for the first 500 miles. Over the course of a few days the car starting pulling hard to the right. On Thursday April 2 the car began suddenly jerking hard to the right almost sending me into a concrete barrier. After returning the car for service and being assured the Jeep was properly aligned the car continued to pull hard to the right. The car also would suddenly jerk hard to the right. This is a dangerous vehicle and I am concerned for my family's safety. The deal has refused to replace the car.

On about January 15, 2015, less than 2 months after purchase and with less than 1500 miles, this vehicle accelerated out of control & I was unable to get it to respond by braking. The vehicle was brought to burdick Chrysler Jeep in cicero, NY where it was purchased & they were unable to properly diagnose/repair the vehicle & said there was nothing wrong with it.while traveling on Feb 5 I experienced an issue with the cruise control not 'staying' where it was set- continuing to accelerate, then instead about 1/2 way to our destination, I started to experience random issues such as attempting to accelerate and the vehicle behaving as if it was in neutral. I located the Jeep dealer closest to my destination, safford Chrysler Jeep in va, & dropped the vehicle off. Safford had the vehicle the entire day of Friday, 2/06/15, & was unable to properly diagnose/repair the vehicle- saying they could not find anything wrong with it. Upon releasing the vehicle back to us, having driven only approx.10 miles, my cousin had near-death experience in heavy traffic, the vehicle began again accelerating out of control & would not respond to normal braking while my cousin was driving. We contacted Jeep customer care by phone to report these issues the evening of Friday, 2/06. The Jeep is currently at safford Chrysler Jeep in springfield, va, having been towed there on Saturday, 2/07. We were told by safford that they found an error message of some sort indicating the gas and brake were engaged at the same time, which is in keeping with our report of the vehicle accelerating on it's own and not responding to braking, but they were unable to diagnose or repair the problem that day or the following day prior to our departure from Virginia.there has been a serious lack of response from to burdick Chrysler Jeep in cicero, NY, safford Chrysler Jeep in springfield, va, &Jeep customer care.
