I have had my Trailhawk in the shop twice for not wanting to accelerate leaving me hanging while I try to make a left turn in traffic or turning out into traffic. They did software updates the first time, second time they removed and reinstalled the program. It is not quite as bad on acceleration but it seems to have a hard time figuring out what gear to go into. When I press harder on the accelerator it surges to the point you have to back off in traffic and drops hard into a gear after. It dropped into gear so hard one time it shook the car, it was like I did a neutral drop. So far no solution and have been told they all drive that way, it's the way it is
Update from Oct 18, 2015: They have gone so far as to replace the transmission. It randomly starts in second gear then surges. Dealer talking with Chrystler

Had to take it in for service 3 times to get the problem fixed. It took 3 weeks to get the parts and a technician that could fix it.
