Flash: Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Updates
This bulletin involves reprogramming the PCM with the latest software.
Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set:P0456 - EVAP System Small Leak. P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit - Bank 1 Sensor 1. P0016 - Crankshaft/Camshaft Timing Misalignment - Bank 1 Sensor 1. P0606 - Control Module Processor. Customers may also experience the following:Vehicle periodically may fail to start(ED6 engine only).
