Diesel Particulate Matter Sensor - Associated to DTCs - P24D1 and P24AE
This bulletin involves replacing the diesel particulate sensor when one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are active in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more of the following DTCs. P24D1-00 - Particulate Matter Sensor Regeneration Incomplete. P24AE-00 - Particulate Matter Sensor Circuit.
