UAQ and UCQ Radio Enhancements
This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to 28.3 Customers may experience one or more of the following:Warning chime will not turn off. Navigation screen freezes after a Voice Recognition (VR) command. VR not recognizing voice command. Unable to pair Bluetooth device. Audio quality improvement in hands-free calling using CarPlay®, Android Auto®, Bluetooth®. Application bar displays but the screen is black. Intermittent operation of the remote services after vehicle has been turned off for 30 minutes or more. Intermittent operation of the vehicle finder application. Software updated includes the following enhancements:Bluetooth® improvements. Voice Recognition (VR) improvements. Radio stability improvements.
