Mis-Installed 3-way Coolant Valve
The customer may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): ? P0E80-00 - Coolant Bypass Valve 9B9 Control Stuck Closed. Customer may also experience the following: ? Intermittent no heat. This bulletin involves possibly rerouting the three way valve hoses.
