KIA: VEHICLES MAY EXPERIENCE AN INTERMITTENT OR NON-FUNCTIONAL REAR TAILGATE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY. TO CORRECT CONDITION, REAR TAILGATE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY GEAR AND EXTERIOR COVER HAVE BEEN REDESIGNED. *PE
