TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: INTEGRATED CHARGING CONTROL UNIT LOGIC IMPROVEMENT (SA568) - This bulletin provides information to upgrade the software on the Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU) on certain 2024MY EV9 (MV) vehicles produced from September 25, 2023 through March 21, 2024 to improve the auxiliary 12-V battery charging under low voltage conditions. The affected vehicles may experience a discharged 12-V battery while parked and potentially a no-start condition accompanied by DTC P1A961C. The Low Voltage DC/DC Converter (LDC) converts high voltage battery power (High DC) to 12-V battery power (Low DC).
