I stumbled upon this class action suit regarding water leaks and wet floorboards. After taking my lexus to the dealership, they claimed they couldn't find the issue after charging $357. I took the car to a mechanic, and he told me the evaporator casing (full assembly) needed to be replaced- this was after keeping my car overnight and putting it under heat to force the condensation, charge $225. Due to the charge of $5,329 to fix the issue- I decided to contact Lexus to fix the issue since they would be selling the part to the mechanic. Lexus said they would fix it for $2,753 if that's the problem. I took my car back to Lexus and they claim that they can't find the issue or they can't get the car to create condensation because it isn't hot enough outside. I explained how the mechanic put the car under a heat source to force the condensation. Lexus said they would see if they could create that scenario. That was on 12/31/25. It is 1/5/26 and I haven't heard back from Lexus.
