Applicability has been updated to include 2016-2017 model year GX 460 vehicles, and the Production Change Information and Repair Procedure sections have been updated. Some 2014 - 2017 model year GX 460 vehicles equipped with the 1UR-FE engine may exhibit a MIL ?ON? condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P006A (MAP ? Mass or Volume Air Flow Correlation Bank 1). Some vehicles may also exhibit a rough running engine and light hesitation under acceleration. The condition may be caused by debris in the EGR assembly. Follow the procedures in this bulletin to address this condition.
