TSB: Some 2018 ? 2021 model year LS 500 and LS 500h vehicles may exhibit a knock/clunk noise from the rear of the vehicle when applying the brakes while driving forward and/or in reverse. The noise is most noticeable when coming to a complete stop. New countermeasure rear brake pads are available to correct this condition. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
