TSB: Some 2016 ? 2018 model year RX 450h and 2018 model year RX 450h L vehicles may exhibit a MIL ?ON? condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P3190 (Poor Engine Power). This condition may occur when operating the vehicle in high altitude and high temperature conditions. The engine control module/ECM (SAE Term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition occurring.
