When putting vehicle in drive it surges forward and when in reverse the vehicle surges backwards. The dealer has been notified. The dealer replaced the PCV valve yet the problem still exist, the dealer then determined that the transmission was defective which caused the surging

Was shifting into drive when transmission started to whine & not shift at all. Then suddenly it would jerk hard into gear. Later would try to pass another vehicle, it would jerk hard going into overdrive. Complained to dealership numerous times, but not taken seriously. After last complaints informed that vehicle not safe to drive in that condition.

When putting vehicle in reverse, and keeping the foot on T brake, vehicle jumped backwards. Also, it happened when putting vehicle in drive after going into reverse. Dealer has seen vehicle 3 times, and couldn't fix it.

When the transmission is placed in gear it moves a little then stops(as if in neutral), then all of a sudden it lunges forward without consumer's foot on the gas. Nlm

While driving vehicle did not shift into gears properly, it would pause and suddenly jerk forward or surge forward which could cause a crash. Dealer could not determine the cause of the problem.

Vehicle experienced problems with sudden acceleration and jumping out of gear. Provide further details. Consumer ended up going through back wall of garage on one occasion, consumer states sometimes the rear tires would spin out of control even with foot on brake and the only way to stop sudden acceleration was to turn the ignition off, dealer convinced cosumer to lease another Ls, however consumer is concerned what will happen with the other vehicle, if it would be sold and someone could be harmed.
