Some 2015-2019 MKC vehicles built on or before 01-Apr-2019 may exhibit an air conditioning (A/C) system with a difference in the discharge temperature between the left and right vents. The left vent discharge temperature will usually be warmer than the right vent discharge temperature. Reprogram the front controls interface module (FCIM) using the latest software level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18842 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
