When we called the dealer today on 11-6-17 they stated we had to wait for the 2nd letter saying parts are available. So where is our 2nd letter so we can get this fixed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact received a postcard from tk holdings, alerting him that they filed for bankruptcy. The VIN was invalid. It's been over a year, this is unacceptable I need your help. Checked again 6 months later, and again when I received the legal notice regarding takata's fiing of bankruptcy. Dealer still does not have parts, and has no idea when they might be available.

I am unable to get an inspection sticker for this car because of the airbag and Ford says there is no remedy? this will force me to junk this car since in MA the airbag is a safety issue and I will be unable to get an inspection sticker so I will have to junk it, not use it or sell it at a very terrible price due to Ford not having a remedy.
