Some 2020 Navigator vehicles may exhibit the ambient lighting as only blue and/or the inability to adjust the ambient lighting color per the Owner's Manual. This may be due to incorrect accessory protocol interface module (APIM) configuration. To correct this condition, start an FDRS session and select the toolbox tab then APIM module. This will populate the APIM specific applications, then select APIM application Sync Module Configuration. The SYNC 3 universal thumb drive should not be used to correct this condition.
