Some 2022-2023 Navigator vehicles built on and before 03-Aug-2023 and equipped with auto fold exterior mirrors may exhibit an intermittent condition with the mirrors not opening completely during vehicle start up. This may be due to the software in the driver door module (DDM) and passenger door module (PDM). To correct the condition, reprogram the DDM and PDM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) diagnostic scan tool.
