Summary

On certain CX-5 vehicles, the rear seat center headrest may have surface-only cosmetic damage (scratch/tear/dent) due to an inappropriate assembly process. There are 118 subject vehicles in this campaign and the damage rate is expected to be 6-12 total vehicles (5-10%).
