Summary
SOME VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT A SQUEAKING OR KNOCKING NOISE FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE WHEN PASSING OVER A BUMP. THIS IS CAUSED BY DUST ENTERING BETWEEN THE REAR STABILIZER BUSHING AND STABILIZER BAR, WHICH WEARS DOWN THE BUSHING. TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, THE REAR STABILIZER BAR IS REPLACED WITH A MODIFIED ONE (WITH A SET OF STABI-LIZER BUSHINGS AND BRACKETS).
