This has been an ongoing problem since I first received my car. I came to find out once in accident 4/30/17 that there were zero airbags in the car at all! this is very unacceptable

Takata recall has not been addressed by Mercedes Benz reportedly due to a lack of parts. The recall is about 3 years old and numerous notices to me indicate that parts to address the recall are unavailable. I am very concerned that the takata bankruptcy will leave my recall unaddressed. I have had an airbag indicator light come on that Mercedes Benz says is not related to the recall but I am not certain if that statement is accurate. I limit the use of this car since I am not certain that it's safe for me and my passengers.

Takata recall, nothing has happened to the vehicle as yet, but contacted the dealer to get airbag replaced and they are saying they don't have the parts available to fix the airbag and we will be notified when they are available. I feel this is a safety risk and don't understand why the parts aren't available to fix something that could cause injury or death. Thank you

Takata recall - Mercedes Benz fail to replace both my front (driver & passenger) side airbag and keep on saying they do not when they will replace them. I am concerned I am driving my vehicle in unsafe condition. They told me in January 2017 that they will be replaced by October 2017 but they fail to keep their promise. I called them today, 11/1/2017 and they say the same statement that they don't know when they can replace the air bags.
