Takata recall. I have been getting recall notices (via mail and email) about my car's airbags since January 2018. I have contacted my dealership multiple times about the issue, and each time I am told that there are currently no means with which to replace the defective, potentially dangerous airbags. There is no recourse offered at all by Mercedes Benz at the current time to address this issue, which Mercedes Benz admits is dangerous. My most recent called was today, when I spoke to a service adviser named moe at Mercedes Benz of brooklyn.

Takata recall: I have been trying to get a remedy to this problem since October 2017. I was told on 27 October by the dealership (Mercedes Benz of hunt valley: Victoria) that parts would be available in early January 2018. I waited until 31 January 2018 and contacted the dealership, since they didn't contact me. They then said the recall would be remedied in March 2018. I received a letter in April, directing me to call the dealership to schedule an appointment and to ensure they had parts available. When I called they claimed my vehicle was not on the recall list, and I should disregard. However, when I went to the NHTSA website, my vehicle is on the list. Please assist me in reconciling this issue. This is very frustrating, and I want to get this defect repaired. Thank you.
