The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 17V114000(electrical system, engine and engine cooling); however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The Mercedes-Benz of coral gables dealer was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

"takata recall" I had my 2017 Mercedes Benz C300 fir only a few months and I have experience 4 encounters as to where my vehicle wouldnt start back up while sitting inside of my vehicle for at least 2 to 3 mins its like being locked inside of my own car everything completely shuts down the engine nor push start wouldnt work my car is always parked for small periods of time wgen this incident took place I took it over to the Mercedes-Benz dealer and I was told my car is new and it does that time to time
