Complaint
The vehicle sporadically may not unlock via the radio remote control or Keyless Go. The vehicle may require multiple start attempts before starting.
The faults B1A7611 and U113E87 are stored in the electronic ignition lock N73 (both faults must be present).
After bus idle, the problem is no longer present.
Cause
Software fault in electronic ignition lock N73.
Remedy
Update electronic ignition lock N73 to software A2069025508.
