Pre safe collision warning system fault, with repeated false alerts while vehicle in motion, without any nearby vehicles or obstructions ahead. False alerts can result in sudden braking response, which can be a hazard to following or surrounding traffic.

The fire station was next to the parking lot where the car was parked so they arrived quickly. The insurance company determined the car was a total loss..
