Mercedes-Benz AG (âÂÂMBAGâÂÂ), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain MY21-23 S-Class, EQS (223, 297 platform) vehicles, the air suspension system software does not correspond with the latest series production configuration. The air suspension system will receive an OTA update to optimize the system and improve the ground clearance, especially during parking.
MBUSA will conduct an OTA service campaign. Remote software updates are automatically downloaded and installed in the customerâÂÂs vehicle free of charge and do not require a dealer visit. All customers have been mailed a letter informing them of this OTA software update.
