Summary
Mercedes-Benz AG (?MBAG?), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz, has determined that on certain MY 2019 GLC-Class, and GLE-Class (253, and 292 platform) vehicles, the automatic transmission does not meet specification, and thus the possibility exists that a hard and delayed shift operation may occur.
