Summary
Complaint The Apple Carplay interface cannot be controlled via the center console touchpad or the right-hand steering wheel touchpad. Cause A setting on the iPhone may prevent control via the touchpad Remedy To remedy on the affected iPhone, navigate to "Settings" -> "Accessibility" -> "Touch" and turn the "BackTap" option OFF.
