SI M61 01 16 General Electrical Systems August 2016 Technical Service Front Windshield Wiper Noises This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI M61 01 16 dated April 2016.. Customer complains wipers are noisy or chattering during wiper operation. CAUSE Wiper arms out of adjustment and/or windshield cowl misaligned.
