Summary
Fuel Filling Nozzle Shuts Off Repeatedly While Refueling. The fuel filling nozzle turns off repeatedly while filling the fuel tank, regardless of the pump being used. CAUSE Defective service valve located within the fuel tank assembly. The service valve mechanism can stick closed at times and restrict the vapor release to the carbon canister while filling with fuel.
