Summary
Engine will not Start (No Crank). The engine will not crank or the engine loses power while driving, followed by a no crank situation. There is no communication with the DME when diagnosing with ISTA (DME is yellow on control unit tree). In certain instances, the startup of the turbocharger coolant pump can exceed the 5A rating of Fuse 83.
