B46M: Enable 3rd-2nd Gear Downshift Active Engine Speed Adaptation. The active engine speed adaptation feature, or rev-matching when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd gear, was not initially active in production for the MY 2015 Cooper S models. DME software changed in production.
