This Technical Information Notice was sent to dealers informing them certified EV dealers MUST have a set of electrically insulated gloves, MB992648-01. While servicing an i-MiEV or Outlander PHEV, these gloves are essential in protecting a Technician from a potentially fatal electric shock.
